We each had 7 (smallish) courses, plus desserts. Here's what we ate (which I never would've remembered if they didn't print it out for you afterwards and give it to you in a card).
- Bangkok Asparagus Soup (with a coconut ball inside)
- Filo, Parma, Lemon, and Basil
- Monk Fish with Black Sesame and Black Garlic
- Pizza 24 (smoked mozzarella, anchovies, and basil)
- "Dashi" with Sea Urchin and Cockles (soup)
- Sardines with Cullera's Orange and Fresh Wasabi
- Tuna Tartar (with red caviar and orange marmalade sauce)
- Pizza Sashimi (spiced fresh tuna sashimi on wonton crisps)
- Codfish with Chard and Chickpeas
- Duck Rice with Foi
- Chiavari Red Mullet
- Palamos Prawn in Salt
- Bresse Chicken with King Prawn
- Natural Nestea
- Bread, Oil, Chocolate, and Salt
- Nuget Tuille Cigar, Chocolate, and Coffee
- Sablee with Pineapple and Meringue
- Sheep Milk Yogurt with Apple and Raspberries
- Petitfours (green tea chocolate, oreo cookie, and hazelnut chocolate)
I tried every dish and enjoyed the vast majority of them. My least favorite was definitely the sea urchin soup; I couldn't even finish that.
Hopefully, Jeremy at least will appreciate my attempt at being a foodie.
